There are nine clinical teams, eight brain imaging teams (six human, two mouse), two advocacy groups, five mouse behavior science teams, five molecular biology, pathology, and proteomics teams, and two small medium enterprises (SMEs). The overarching goal of the BIND Project is to leverage the combined resources to understand the function of dystrophin isoforms in the central nervous system (CNS) to improve clinical care and treatments.
