Abstract

From Jan 1, 1949, to Jan 1, 1966, there were 55,660 deliveries at Ohio State University Hospital. During this period there were 74 therapeutic abortions, an incidence of 1:752 deliveries or 1.3 abortions per 1,000 deliveries.
